I tend to be curious about people, so I ask them questions about themselves and their lives. Anybody and everybody. Cab drivers are great for learning things from! I know exactly what it takes to become a cab driver in Ottawa. I know what challenges a newcomer to Canada faces from talking to cabbies. Amazing what you can learn if you just ask!

Hi SpaceAgeSage - I’m forever analyzing the hows and whys of situations, but on some issues, I’m content just knowing that’s the way it is. I guess it depends on how important the issue is to me.

Michael Gelb writes in his book “How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci” that one of the characteristics that made Leonardo a genius was his curiosity. He was constantly trying to figure out how things worked, conducting experiments, observing, and asking questions.
