Deep thought for the day:
There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.

Hi Lori. Yes, you have me deep in thought with this one… and we are so much more powerful than a caterpillar. Imagine… 😉
One of my favorite quotes is by Richard Bach, “What the caterpillar calls the end of the world the Master calls a butterfly.”
We never know….
I also doubt that the butterfly ever remembers that it was a caterpillar!
Hi Lori: This reminds me of the saying that every great oak begins as a tiny acorn.
Hi Lori,
I love this, especially combined with your title – that we are more than we can imagine. How true! Like the caterpillar, we are all evolving. And what that will be, what kind of wings we’ll grow – ah, what amazing times lie in front of us!
Hi Davina,
Our potential on so many levels remains untapped. It’s fun to explore.
Hi Jean,
The caterpillar’s transformation is so extreme, that we often think such a thing is not possible for us.
Hi Rummuser,
I’m betting the brain becomes transformed as well, but to what level, I don’t know. It would be interesting to know.
Hi Marelisa,
Or that any seed looks nothing like it’s end product!
Hi Lance,
Hopefully wings of graciousness, character, and authenticity.
